Updating the Customer/Job Address on an Existing Record

How to correct any mistakes on existing records, or update your customer's information.

To modify a customer or job address for a record, please use our web portal, as this feature is not available in our mobile application.

Updating a Customer

  1. Navigate to the "Customer" Section
    In the top navigation bar, locate and click on "Customers".

  2. Select Customer
    On the Customers page, select the customer you would like to modify

  3. Edit details
    Edit the field you want changed and then press save

  4. Select Record
    After saving, go to the customer's history to locate the record you want to update

  5. Edit Record
    On the right hand side you will see an edit button, select that

  6. Approve & Preview
    Without making any changes, select Approve & Preview. This should update the record with the changes you have made. If a pop up appears asking if you'd like to change the issue date, select no.

Updating a Job Address

  1. Navigate to the "Job Addresses" Section
    In the top navigation bar, locate and click on "Job Addresses".

  2. Select Job Address
    On the Job Address page, select the job address you would like to modify

  3. Edit details
    Edit the field you want changed and then press save

  4. Select Record
    After saving, go to the job addresses' history to locate the record you want to update and repeat the steps as you would when modifying a customer.
