Navigate to the "Customers" Section
In the top navigation bar, locate and click on "Customers"

Locate Customer
Locate the customer you would like to see the history for and open them up

Navigate to the "History" tab
On the customer details page, go to the "history" section at the bottom

Select Record
Select the record you would like to view from the history using the icons to assist you on what is what.

You can access the history for Job Addresses or Jobs via the same procedure - just select the Job Addresses or Jobs tab, find the relevant Job Address/Job and click on their name.

You can then find the "History" tab located in the same place below the Job Address details and click on it to see an overview of the Job Address's history.

Navigate to the "Customers" Section
On the home screen, locate and click on "Customers"

Locate Customer
Locate the customer you would like to see the history for and open them up

Select History
Scroll down the customer detail page until you see the history button and then click on it

View History
Swipe across the tabs shown at the top by swiping left and after finding the record, select it.
