1. On the website you can see the full history for each Customer, Job Address, and Job.

  2. First, go to the Customer tab, find the customer whose history you wish to view and click on their name. This will open up their Customer details.

  3. At the bottom of the screen you will see a 'History' tab. Clicking on it will give an overview of the customer's history.

  4. Click on any of the icons on the right hand side to open records, emails, invoices etc.

  5. You can access the history for Job Addresses or Jobs via the same procedure - just select the Job Addresses or Jobs tab, find the relevant Job Address/Job and click on their name.

  6. You can then find the "History" tab located in the same place below the Job Address details and click on it to see an overview of the Job Address's history.
