Tap "Existing Records & Drafts".
Tap on the category of form.
(in this example, we will use "Domestic Records")
Tap on the form.
(in this example, we will use "Gas Safety Records")
The list of records will appear here. If you do not see the certificates, tap "Download All" to retrieve older forms.
Issued Forms
These will appear white and can be viewed, deleted or shared via your devices sharing methods (email, messaging app, bluetooth etc.)
Draft Forms
These will appear with an amber background and can be opened for editing, or deleted.
Note: If you delete a draft before you synchronise the app, it will be lost forever. Syncing first will move the deleted form into the archives which are accessible from the web portal.
