Turning off automated reminders for a single customer
There is an automatic reminder toggle on every customer page that allows you to control whether or not that specific customer receives reminders.
Log in to the web portal, and go to the "Customers" tab via the top menu.
Find and select the customer. You can use the search bar to quickly find them.
Find the "Automatic reminders" slider on the right-hand side menu. Toggle it off.
Select "Save" just above it to keep your changes.
Note: Unfortunately, you cannot turn off automatic SMS reminders for a single customer.
Turning off automated reminders for all customers
In Gas Engineer Software, you can send several types of reminders, including invoice reminders, quote reminders, and annual gas/oil service reminders.
For each of these, there is a global on/off setting.

βNote: Only gas and oil service reminders are turned on by default.
Head to the web portal settings and click on "Service Reminders and Email Templates"
Click "Edit" under the type of reminder you would like to turn off:
At the top of the page, select "No" under "Schedule Email to be Sent Automatically".
Select "Save" in the bottom right corner.
