Head to the "Jobs" tab and select the job you wish to add photos to.
Click the "Add Photos" button to open the below page
Click the grey box to upload a photo (either .jpg or .png images are accepted).
Once uploaded, you can edit the photo title (the title will be visible in the email).
Tick the "Do not send to customer" box if you do not want your customer to receive this photo in the email.
App
From the App, Photos can be uploaded when sending an email, from the Job or when creating a record (Cert/Invoices).
Please note: The App does not support all image types. For example, Apple ProRAW file type will not upload. If you are trying to upload images and nothing uploads, please ensure your image type is jpeg or similar.
1. While issuing a record, you will see the email screen.
Tap on the icon in the top right corner.
Tap in the camera icon to select an image to upload.
Tap "Save" when you are finished.
Tick the "Do not send to customer" box if you do not want your customer to receive this photo in the email.
2. Photos can be uploaded from the Job itself.
From the Home Screen on the App, select the "Jobs" tab.
Select the Job for which you want to add the Photos onto.
Scroll to the bottom of the Job and click the option "Photos".
Tap in the camera icon to select an image to upload.
Tap "Save" when you are finished.
Tick the "Do not send to customer" box if you do not want your customer to receive this photo in the email.
3. Photos can be uploaded while creating a record.
You can view these photos from the website by heading to the "Job Address" itself and clicking on the job number. Any photos for that job will appear under the blue "Job Details" box.
