Line Item templates are a quick and easy way to avoid constantly having to type out the same line items. If you aren't sure how to create and use them, please take a look at our extensive, step by step guide to creating and adding new Line Item Templates.

These guides presume you have already created your invoice. If you have not done so and need a little help, please see our guide to creating invoices here.

Creating and using line item templates on the apps.

After you have created your invoice:

  1. Tap the "+" symbol in the top right corner of the screen

  2. Then tap "Use Template"

  3. To add a new template, tap the "+ Add New Template" button, add all details you would like on the template and tap "save" at the bottom of the template details.


  1. To use an existing template, simply select the previously created template you'd like to use from the list and tap "save" at the bottom of the template details.

  2. If you wish to make any changes to the template, tap the edit icon to the right, and make any necessary changes before tapping "save" to apply it to the invoice.
