Adding a New Job Address: Step-by-Step Guide

Adding a new Job Address

On the website

There are several ways to create a job address on our website. Feel free to use whichever method is most convenient for you.

How to Create a Job Address on Our Website (Method 1):

  1. Locate the "Create New +" Button
    In the top-right corner of your screen, you’ll find a button labeled "Create New +".

  2. Select Job Address from the Dropdown
    Click the button, and a dropdown menu will appear with various options. From the list, choose Job Address.

  3. Search for a Customer
    Locate the customer you wish to add a job address for, then click on "Create."

  4. Fill in Job Address Details
    Enter the required information for the job address and click "Save."

How to Create a Job Address on Our Website (Method 2):

  1. Navigate to the "Job Addresses" Section
    In the top navigation bar, locate and click on "Job Addresses".

  2. Click the "Add Job Address" Button
    On the Job Addresses page, select the "Add Job Address" button.

  3. Search for a Customer and Enter Job Address Details
    Locate the customer you wish to add a job address for, then enter the required information and click "Save."

How to Create a Job Address on Our Website (Method 3):

  1. Navigate to the "Customers" Section
    In the top navigation bar, locate and click on "Customers".

  2. Select the Customer
    From the list of customers, choose the one for whom you would like to add a job address.

  3. Select "Add Job Address"
    On the right side, click the Add Job Address button, which features a plus sign.

  4. Fill in Job Address Details
    Enter the required information for the job address and click "Save."

On the App

There are two ways to create a job address on our mobile application.


How to Create a Job Address on Our App (Method 1):

  1. Select Job Addresses
    On the home screen, click on "Job Addresses."

  2. Select Add New Job Address
    On the job address page, click the Add New Job Address button.

  3. Select Customer
    On the customers page, select the customer you would like to add a job address for.

  4. Fill in Job Address Details
    Enter the required information for the job address and click "Save."

How to Create a Job Address on Our App (Method 2):

  1. Select Customers
    On the home screen, click on "Customers."

  2. Select Customer
    On the customers page, select the customer you would like to add a job address for.

  3. Select Job Addresses at the bottom
    Scroll to the bottom and select "Job Addresses"

  4. Select Add New Job Address
    On the job address page, click the Add New Job Address button.

  5. Fill in Job Address Details
    Enter the required information for the job address and click "Save."

Minimum Requirements

When adding a new job address, the minimum required information is a street name.

Tips:

  • Be sure to add a service due date to trigger the system to send reminders.

  • When a service is carried out, the software will update this date automatically.

  • Appliance data is stored with the job address, rather than the customer.
