Sending a Reminder without An Email Address

If you have a customer without an email address, you still have a few options for sending them a reminder via the software.

Option #1: βœ‰οΈ Send them a letter

It is possible to generate a reminder letter for your customer via the software. Here's how you can do it:

  1. In the top navigation bar, locate and click on "Job Addresses".

  2. Search for and click on the job address

  3. Select letter type
    In the right-side menul you have two options:

    • A customer reminder letter; and

    • A tenant reminder letter

  4. Download & Print

    These letters are formatted and ready to be printed & posted.

Option #2: πŸ“± Set up automatic SMS text reminders

If you have a contact number, the software supports the use of text messaging for reminders. These are sent automatically in the same way emails are.

Option #3: πŸ“ž Give them a call

If you have their phone number, this may be the simplest and easiest option for you.
