Company details can be updated from both the web portal and the mobile app. However, it is recommended to log onto the web portal as more options are available there.
Adding or updating company info from the web portal
Log on to the web portal and head to your Company Settings by clicking on the settings cog, then "Manage" under Company Settings.
On this page, you can edit all your company settings, including:
Your company name and whether it appears on the records you create
OFTEC, Gas Safe, and Legionella Registration Numbers
Your VAT number (to enable VAT invoicing)
Your company address, which will appear on all the records you create.
Yur website URL, which will appear on all the records you create.
Your company tagline, which will appear on all the records you create.

How to get a copy of every email sent via the software
Enter an email address in the Admin Email field
Tick the "CC all emails to Admin Email" box, located directly below the Admin Email field.
Click Save in the bottom right corner of the screen.
A copy of all emails generated by GES will now be sent to the listed email address.
