Spend a little time adding this information, as it will appear on records, reminder emails and many other functions available within GES

From your Company Settings on our web portal, you can:

  1. Add your company name and toggle whether it appears on the records you create

  2. Add OFTEC, Gas Safe and Legionella Registration Numbers

  3. Add your VAT number, to enable VAT invoicing

  4. Set your company address, which will appear on all the records you create.

  5. Add your website URL, which will appear on all the records you create.

  6. Add your company tagline, which will appear on all the records you create.

  7. Change the default currency for invoicing (Currently the available options are Pounds and Euro)

How to get a copy of every email sent via the software

  1. Enter an email address in the Admin Email field

  2. Tick the "CC all emails to Admin Email" box, located directly below the Admin Email field.

  3. Click Save in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  4. A copy of all emails generated by GES will now be sent to the listed email address.
