As an admin user, you can freely add or disable users at any time through the web portal. Click here to see how to disable an old user.
Adding a new user:
To invite a new user to your Gas Engineer Software account, you need to have an available 'seat' or 'user license' and be on either the Core or Pro Plan. This refers to the number of users you pay for.
Head to your user settings page on the web portal.
Click "Add User +" on the upper right corner of this screen.
If you need to add a new user license, you will be prompted to do so.
Alternatively, you can go to the "Manage Subscription" page, click on "Manage Subscription", click on the subscription details, "Edit Subscription" and then add as many users as you need:
Once you have added a new user license, clicking on the "Add User +" button will show this pop-up:
Fill in the email address, name and password, then click "Send Invite".
This will send an email to the user saying they have been invited to join the software.
Please note that the email will not contain the Password you entered due to security reasons. This password will have to be sent separately by you to the User.
