Lost or forgotten passwords

Resetting a lost or forgotten password in Gas Engineer Software is quick and easy.

  1. Just underneath the email and password boxes on the Login page, click on "Forgot your password".

  2. Follow the on-screen prompts.

Afterwards, you may wish to consider changing your password to something more memorable, using the steps below:

Changing your password

Passwords can only be changed on the web portal. The admin user can change the password of any user.

  1. Open "User Settings".

  2. Click on the user who needs their password changed.

  3. Add the "New Password".

  4. Confirm it with "Retype Password".

  5. Click Save.
