The software is compatible with the following platforms:
iPad/iPhone (app and website) - Requires iOS version 13 or higher
Android tablets and phones (app and website) - Requires OS version 11 or higher
Windows desktops and laptops - Website access
MacOS desktops and laptops - Requires version 11 or higher for website access

You can use the apps without an internet connection once you're logged in. However, an email address is required to use the software, which also allows your customers to respond to you and benefit from our automated reminders.
To upload your work to the central system, simply tap 'Sync Data Now,' but this feature requires an internet connection.
What to do if your device has a lower OS version:
If your device’s operating system is below the required version, you may be able to upgrade it. Follow these steps to check for updates:
iOS (iPad/iPhone): Go to Settings > General > Software Update to see if an upgrade to iOS 13 or higher is available.
Android: Go to Settings > System > Software Update to check for an OS upgrade to version 11 or higher.
MacOS: Click the Apple icon in the upper-left corner, choose System Settings > Software Update to see if you can update to version 11 or higher.
