How to Sign Up for Gas Engineer Software

Choosing a subscription plan

Once you've started a free trial, you can subscribe at any time - either on a monthly or annual basis. See what's available in each plan here.

  1. Log in to the web portal and head to the Manage Subscription page. If your trial has ended, you will be redirected here automatically.

  2. There are three plans available on Gas Engineer Software: Starter, Core, and Pro.

    Starter Plan: Great for a single user who wants to start moving forward digitally by creating electronic records & certificates.

    Cost: £19.00 per month, Excl. VAT (single user)

    Features included:

    • Digital records & certificates

    • Customer data management

    Core Plan: The essentials of job management with support for multiple users.


    Additional features:

    • Multiple users

    • Quotes, estimates, and invoices

    • Automatic Reminders

    • Scheduling & calendar

    Cost: £25.00 per month per user, Excl. VAT

    Pro Plan: Perfect for growing heating & plumbing businesses that want to connect with their accounting software.

    Additional features:

    • Integration with Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage

    • Email Statuses

    • Appointment Confirmations

    Cost: £32.00 per month per user, Excl. VAT

  3. Once you've chosen the right plan for your business, select "Buy Now". A pop-up window will appear.

Want to change your plan?

If you ever want to upgrade (or downgrade) your plan, you can do this easily from the Manage Subscription page. Simply click "Manage Subscription" on the right.

Here, you can add or remove user licenses, change your payment methods, access invoices, and so on.
