How to Change Your Gas Engineer Software Subscription

How to start, edit, or cancel your subscription, and where to find your invoices from us.

Starting or editing a subscription

Here are the steps to take if you would like to start or modify your subscription plan.

To start, you must have activated a free trial. Then, at any point during or after your trial, you can begin paying for a subscription.

  1. First, log in to the Web Portal.
    ​

  2. Click on your name in the corner, and click "Manage Subscription". If your trial has ended, you won't need to do this step.
    ​

  3. On this page, you'll see the three different plans:
    ​

  4. Toggle whether you would like to pay monthly or annually, and click on the button below to start the checkout process.
    ​
    ​If you are already paying for a plan, you will see "Switch" buttons instead, as in the screenshot.

How to manage your subscription, payment details and view invoices

If you are an active user, this page is also where you are able to edit your subscription details, download invoices from us, and more.

  1. From the same Manage Subscription page, click on "Manage Subscription" again on the right:

  2. A pop-up will appear with a few options:
    ​

  3. You can:

    1. Edit the number of user licenses you pay for

    2. Update payment details

    3. View your billing history

    4. Download or bring invoices from your billing history
      ​
